Last summer Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi fist pumped her way into America's hearts as one of the outlandish "guidettes" on MTV's Jersey Shore. The orange firecracker has been everywhere since, gearing up for the show's second season, now well under way. So far this season's been full of the Snooki we've all grown to love. But underneath all that spray tan, there's a lot you may not have known.

It may not get the kind of Emmy attention that other premium-cable dramedies get, and it may not even have much critical acclaim, but HBO clearly thinks that Hung has something, because it's just picked up the show for a third season. The second season, which has been a little unfocused, concludes on September 12, and the 10-episode third season will air next year. Maybe by then the show will finally live up to its mostly unrealized potential (or just continue to be mildly entertaining).

The Prince Charles Cinema, in London, will air every episode of Lost starting at 10 a.m. on September 13, 2010 and ending three days later. Crazy! But boy would I love to do this. I really don't think I could stay awake for three days, though.
